Hello everyone! I'm Ham Young-ju, a designer at Goodterior. :)

Today I'd like to introduce a large 82 pyeong industrial office in Guro.

The main goal was a practical, pleasant workplace that made full use of the existing open structure.

White and light gray brighten the interior, while glass partitions and arched details divide the rooms without sacrificing openness.

Carefully planned indirect lighting and recessed lights provide visual comfort during long working hours, a key feature of this office interior.

Area: 273.49m² (82.73 pyeong)

Floor plan

Long central bench desks accommodate teams in this industrial office with many staff.Meeting and lounge areas grouped on the left reduce noise intrusion and shorten routes between discussions and breaks.A long worktop and corner circulation route along the right wall allow several people to use the space together.Straight main routes make navigation easy, with sunny window seats supporting concentration.

Warehouse The largest area prioritizes efficient logistics circulation. Shelves make full use of the high ceiling, with a generous central aisle for forklifts. Work Area Clear separation from the warehouse supports focused office work. An open layout encourages communication, with low partitions protecting individual workspaces. Meeting Room A generous central table comfortably seats 8 for open discussion. A slight separation from the work area maintains a calm setting for important meetings. CEO's and Executive Offices Adjacent rooms make executive communication convenient, with glass walls providing views across the office. Direct access to a terrace offers a place to take a short break. Now that the functions are defined, let's look at the design.

A red accent frame in the brand color has concealed indirect lighting behind it for a clear brand impression.

Notes

This project began with the client's wish to transform a large industrial space into an open, efficient office.

A white base and extensive glass partitions make the large 82 pyeong office feel even brighter and more spacious.

Ceiling tiles and recessed lights reduce eye strain during long working hours, while easy-care large floor tiles help maintain a pleasant environment.

Brand-colored accents bring life to the practical industrial office and express the company's character.
