Hello everyone! I'm Ham Young-ju, a designer at Goodterior. :)

Today I'd like to show you a 58 pyeong office interior in Gasan. The client wanted focused work areas and breaks as comfortable as a cafe.

We balanced a modern, professional workplace with a cozy relaxation area using warm timber and terrazzo.

Arched openings and curves throughout give the office a gentle, welcoming character.

Work Area
  • Long desk arrangements by the windows give staff an open feeling while working.
  • The open layout encourages communication, with generous desk spacing providing clear, convenient routes.

  • Visible upon entry, it establishes the company's first impression and serves as both visitor waiting and staff relaxation space.
  • A sign wall expresses the brand, while an island and regular tables offer comfortable options.
Meeting Rooms
  • Two meeting rooms near the work area provide convenient access for staff.
  • Glass partitions make the interior feel spacious while blocking noise for concentration.
CEO's Office
  • Farthest inside, it supports focused work and visitor meetings without interruptions from other staff.
  • A work desk and separate guest sofa area accommodate both work and meetings comfortably.

This project began with the client's request for a warm office combining a professional image with comfortable staff breaks.

A modern entrance feature wall conveys trust, while a separate relaxation area in timber and terrazzo has the comfort of a cafe.

Gentle curves and warm indirect lighting throughout combine refinement and comfort.

The result gives visitors a positive impression and staff a place where they enjoy spending time.
